           Cindy has studied and practiced yoga since the early 2000s. She completed Brahmrishi Yoga Teacher Training in Kent, Ohio in 2006 and became a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor 200-RYT. Cindy specializes in healing movement, cultivating healthy body alignment and a calm nervous system. Her yoga classes are geared toward all levels of experience. Her soulful approach to yoga invites students to transform their everyday lives through flowing sequences, deep breathing and relaxation.
